Most URGENT : Error Log in f-58 printing

Hi experts,

 

In f-58 , we have using one Z-SAPscript which helps for payment advice...

 

Now i;m getting the error log as

 

 

Error log

 

F0251                    In form Z_F110_AVIS / window CARRYFWD , the element 535 (Carry forward below) is missing

F0251                    In form Z_F110_AVIS / window MAIN , the element 510-A (Text-A) is missing

F0251                    In form Z_F110_AVIS / window MAIN , the element 515 (Heading) is missing

F0251                    In form Z_F110_AVIS / window MAIN , the element 520 (Carry forward above) is missing

F0251                    In form Z_F110_AVIS / window MAIN , the element 526 (Py.adv.note) is missing

F0251                    In form Z_F110_AVIS / window MAIN , the element 530 (Total) is missing

F0253                    Output of the relevant forms is defective

 

 

please help me in this regard....Any inputs on this will be highyl rewarded...

Could you please let me know below IF statement is valid or not in SAP Script.

How to get SAP standard Smart Forms and PDF forms

Hi

 

I have started a project to convert our SD documents from Sapscript to Smartforms or PDF forms, and would like to see the SAP standard version of quotation, order confirmation, delivery note and invoice, but these documents does not exist in my system SAP ERP 6.0.

 

According to OSS note 843193 there is no longer Preconfigured Smart Forms available.Instead the preconfigured Forms will be delivered with the country-specific SAP Best Practices Baseline packages.

 

First of all this seems wrong to start implementing SAP Best Practices Baseline packages in a system that has been "developed" and productive almost 15 years....

 

... and I can't install it anyway, because a prerequisite for the installation is SAP ERP 6.0 enhancement package 4 - and we are on enhancement package level 0.

 

So how can I get the necessary programs and Smartforms / PDF forms?

How to transport standard text in SO10 to different system.

Hi,

 

I need to change the standard text in SO10. I need to change the custom text. We have a custom text id (zval) associated with it. How to transport the changes i have done from Dev to Quality to Production.

 

I wanted one clarification: when we create the transport manually, whether only those changes what i have done for the text can be transported or it will include all the other text which are initially present (like table entries). From the program RSTXTRAN, can you give the what are the inputs need to given.

 

Please let me know regarding this. Thanks in advance

entire content of the text in a smartform to be displayed together always.

Hi All,

 

    I have a text of 8 lines in a smartform. The problem I am facing is 4 lines are coming in one page and other 4 in other page. I want either all of them to be in first page. Or else if space is not enough I want all the 8 lines to be moved in the other page. Please suggest whoever has encountered it.

How to email a smartform?

In the form interface of my form, I am passing the recipients email in MAIL_RECIPIENT and the current user's email in the MAIL_SENDER parameters. I need my form to be emailed once its processed. During runtime it gives errors. Does anyone have any experience in sending a smartform via email?

 

Also has anyone tried dynamically to show JPG files in the smartforms. I entered a fieldname using &, in the Graphics window but it gives compile errors. This field is filled in the program.

how to print multiple smart forms for different 'sales order number '(vbeln).....?

i am using  'sales order number' as a  select-options in my driver program , according to the entered  values in its low and high parameters  by user , i want to print smart form for all the sales order number lies  between low and high parameters exclusively.

 

 

select-options : order for vbak-vbeln.

now i am calling smart form function module but the smart form is printed only for higher value of sales order.

let say low-5100 high-5104 then smart form which is printed only for sales order no 5104 i.e only for higher value printed on the form and the below corresponding line items are shown for all of the sales order  from 5100 to 5104.

 

 

i want that after executing the driver  program for  smart form , then select-option comes i gave low and high value that is range

,print preview  comes and then i must get 5100 order on one page and 5101 on next page and so on till higher value..

 

 

 

 

plzz help ..... if anyone having   any idea....

I heard from someone that in future Adobe interactive Form will repalce smart forms. Is it true or not

HI

 

How to change from MS Word editor to standard in Smartforms in ECC.

 

I was in i18n but there aren't any checkbox to turn off but only to activete word editor.

I wanted to create two windows that acts like two main windows.

 

The upper part contains the original copy then the lower part should contain duplicate copy of the upper part.

 

Heres a sample output:

 

Original Copy:

Duplicate Copy:

How will I do it? Please help...

LAST PAGE FOR SAP SCRIPT

Hi Friends,

 

I have requirement to print multiple pages of sap script and then last page as terms and condition. No matter how many pages it prints, it should always print the terms and condition.

 

MY LAST PAGE IS NAMED THIRD

 

I tried putting NEW-PAGE THIRD in the main window of the first page, but then it gives me error

 

WRITE_FORM is invalid, START_FORM is missing.

 

Help me to meet the above mentioned requirement.
